West Bali National Park
Bali's only national park — tropical forests, rare birds & wild trekking trails.
Overview
West Bali National Park (Taman Nasional Bali Barat) covers nearly 190 km² of protected forest, mangroves, savanna and coastline. It's the only national park in Bali and home to the critically endangered Bali Starling, wild deer, monkeys and more than 160 bird species. Guided treks range from easy 2-hour walks to full-day hikes with panoramic viewpoints over the Java Strait. The park also protects the reefs around Menjangan Island. A ranger permit is required and we can help arrange guides, entry and transport for a full nature-focused day.
